New Build Not booting, no beep, fans don't turn on

I'm building a new PC.

Asus strix B250f motherboard. With a compatible intel pentium g4400 processor. 4GB RAM.
Everything connected properly.

The standby power led turns on, however the CPU fan doesn't spin, nor does it boot to bios.

Tested the PSU with the paperclip trick and it seems fine.

Tried removing the RAM and putting it in another slot, still no luck.

Any ideas what could be the issue?

Yes, installed em all & connected both.

The RGB LEDs light up as does the standby power LED, but nothing else happens...

Short the pwr pins on the system panel header (where you connected the power button from the front of the case). With a screwdriver

Are all the parts brand new or used? If used, you probably have a defective component, probably the motherboard.
In any case, I'd take the pc to a technician and see what he can do.

It could also be a bad ram stick, try another one as soon as you can.
