[SOLVED] New build not booting up

I have a Asus Prime Z390-A motherboard. I built it from scratch. I also bought the following ram

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15 Desktop Memory Kit - Black (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15)

I am getting a red light error when it boots but then it tries to reboot and turns yellow. Is this memory supported by this motherboard? That is the only thing I can think of being wrong.

Any help would be nice. The bios does not boot up.

The fans start up and the CPU fan also starts up

Make sure you seated the CPU correctly. Same case with the memory modules. Dont be afraid to give the ram a push.
