New PC build not going to POST and CPU error light on

Hi, I recently just finished my PC and started up to find that it had no video output and the CPU debug light came on meaning that it had failed or was not detected. The other 3 debug lights were off(RAM, VGA and BOOT)

Components are attached in an image.

We tried taking out the GPU, RAM and SSD and resetting the CMOS to have the same results.

We then tried flashing/updating the bios to still have the same issue.

I’ve checked all the power cables which as far as I know are all plugged in well enough and in the right place(24 pin atx and cpu power)

We also reinstalled ram and the cpu.

Does anyone have an idea on what is causing this issue?

GPU: PNY GeForce RTX 3070 8GB

Thank you in advance

BIOS has to be updated to version 7C84v17 to support Ryzen 7 5700G.
Probably didn't to it properly.

Read motherboard user manual (page 46) - Updating BIOS with Flash BIOS Button.
You have to follow instructions to the letter.
Hi FlukeyLukey (y) and Welcome to the Forum :D

Your processor has Integrated Graphics so have you tried using that.
I don't have your Motherboard so not sure if Bios switches automatically to the dedicated card or you may have to change setting in Bios to disable IGPU. I think there is a sub menu ▶ Integrated Graphics Configuration (optional)
ofc you would have to switch video cable to rear I/O port for IGPU connection.
