i tried HD 6450 and some friends said it might be an issue cuz its gddr5 and also pci-e 2 so you can buy the new card and it might work so i bought RTX 4060 but still same issue
steps i have done
1- tried each stick of ram on both slots
2-removed CMOS battery
3- checked all the cables removed the motherboard from the case and tried again nothing worked
i have done all of it again with the rtx 4060
but nothing worked for me
yesterday i have tried cpu i3 12100 with built in gpu the motherboard posted and i access the bios set to boot from pcie and auto but it didnt work also updated the bios to the latest ver available on the official website and tried again with both cpu the i5 12400f and the i3 12100 but still no signal from the gpu
CPU tested : 12400f and 12100
GPU tested : HD 6450 bought RTX 4060
MOBO : Maxsun B760m
Ram: team group T-force 3200mhz also tested basic ram on 2133 mhz
PSU : deep cool 650w 80+
Tried via HDMI and Display port and vga
cleaned slot still no hope
if the issue on the mobo what could it be the chipset or the slot itself i also bought a new cmos battery as a last resort incase mine wasnt working but nothing changed

PSU : deep cool 650w
there are some decent Deepcool units but we'd have to know the actual model of yours.

MOBO : Maxsun B760m
MAXSUN has some pretty low rated components out there.
not even sure if they're even the actual manufacturer or just rebrand other generic hardware.

i would check some retailers for reviews of this particular board.
and check their own website for support forums and see if others are reporting similar issue(s) with this board.

PSU : deep cool 650w 80+
Deepcool is the brand of the unit while 650W is the advertised wattage of the unit. What is the model of the unit?

MOBO : Maxsun B760m
Which board do you have fromtheir portfolio;

?

If it's the motherboard, the issue is the BIOS on it or the slot is faulty/causing a short. Did you breadboard the system with bare minimum parts and the discrete GPU in the first slot?
