[SOLVED] New build not posting

When I press the power button it lights up but the cpu and dram red lights turn on then turn off, the vga and boot light come on then turn off. All fans stay running with all red lights off but I never get signal to monitor. I’ve tried unplugging and plugging back in all my cables to keep sure they have a secure connection. Have also tried this with only one ram instead of two. I tried removing the vga and placing it in the second slot to no avail please help

You did plug the monitor into the 5700XT correct and not the motherboard?

Also make sure that the CPU fan is plugged into the CPU_FAN header as most motherboards wont post without a fan detected.
