Question New build not POSTing ?

I finally finished my 1st build and am now running into trouble, the specs are
Asus ROG Strix Z690-A Gaming Wifi D4
13th gen Intel i9-13900K
128GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 RAM
GeForce RTX 4070 Ti OC
1 TB M.2 SSD
2 TB M.2 SSD
Razer 1200W PSU

Once I was done with the build, then cable management and double checking the mobo wiring making sure all power cables were plugged in I plugged in a new ultra wide monitor and tried starting the computer, and I'm getting no POST when turning on the tower. I have tried to clear the CMOS by holding the CMOS button in the back and then restarting, also removing the CMOS battery to delete the settings then holding the CMOS button 30 for sec .. I get a blank screen when starting up the computer. Starting the computer with 1 stick of RAM didn't do anything either I still can't boot the computer , I wsa starting I was wondering if the specs i chose was compatible with one another ... when I bought the mobo the retailer told me to update the BIOS because I bought a 13th gen Intel i9-13900K cpu. Before I installed the processor I flashed the mobo with the newest BIOS from Asus website and now not getting a POST screen. From when I can tell I build the tower correctly however I cannot get it to boot up. Is there any step I'm missing..? help!

Also, have you tried removing the GPU and booting with just the integrated video adapter?

Yes, I have tried to use one RAM stick to boot it up with no luck, I re-plugged and re-seated everything Video Card and memory, and I don't know what to do .
