i have some HDD ill use for storage.

Thank you so much for the answer, yeah I forgot the mobo I just edited and put what I saw in the build, also the memory ram that I put there is on sale here, is that much different what you recommend?, another question and yes this puts me on RTX 3070 if I buy RTX 3080 this build would do? to move it at 4k 60 fps (maybe I lower some settings)? or do you recommend a different build for 3080?

edit: I'm seeing that each part has a shipping fee which is elevating a lot, when I enter new egg Mexico is 1 shipping fee, let me make your list on the site to see if it throws me the same price.

edit2: yes it gave me Subtotal (7 Items): MXN$17,737.92 which is 816.54 USD

I feel like intel plays nicer with nvidia cards, so I would go with an i9 or 10th gen.
That's just me talking about stuff I know nothing about though, just a brand pairing preference for me.

The graphics card doesn't care which CPU it is paired with. This is how I would probably do a $1500ish build.

Odd, if I use newegg Mexico it has the same shipping costs as PCPartpicker is showing. Probably cuz I'm not in Mexico?

I personally think 1440p high refresh rate is better than 4k/60 for gaming.
It probably doesn't factor in shipping costs accordingly by country. I have noticed that they've added a lot more countries recently, so it could take some time to implement it. I use PC Part Picker all the time but it's not a perfect system.
