Hi, I just want you to help me out, I'm always trying to catch up with pc news but sometimes is too much information,
I will buy a new system ill get an RTX 3080 even if the other pc parts doesn't fully power the card then later on maybe update cpu. Mostly gaming 4k at 60 fps later on probably 1440p 120hz when I get a new monitor, I saw someone on youtube making some benchmarks in 4k 60fps with this setup:

CORSAIR CX-M Series CX750M 750W 80 PLUS BRONZE Haswell Ready ATX12V & EPS12V Semi-modular Power Supply
Corsair 4000D Airflow CC-9011201-WW White Steel / Plastic / Tempered Glass ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Seagate BarraCuda 510 M.2 2280 500GB PCIe G3 x4, NVMe 1.3 3D TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) ZP500CM3A001
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800) Desktop Memory Model CMK16GX4M2C3600C20
AMD RYZEN 5 3600X 6-Core 3.8 GHz (4.4 GHz Max Boost) Socket AM4 95W 100-100000022BOX Desktop Processor
MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK AM4 AMD B550 SATA 6Gb/s ATX AMD Motherboard
I saw it whit this cooler (don't know if it mandatory, this is not on newegg site): Corsair iCUE H100i RGB Pro XT, 240mm Radiator, Dual 120mm PWM Fans, Software Control, Liquid CPU Cooler
i have some HDD ill use for storage.

List on newegg.com: https://secure.newegg.com/global/mx-en/wishlist/sd/cwjfDeVnxe4rXjxu7BGHmw==

Do you recommend me to buy this now? what would you change to improve? is there some new component coming out that I should wait. thank you so much i know theres some very smart people here I hope to get a little of enlightenment.

Location: Monterrey Mexico. (this will make more hard my purchase)
Overclocking: NO
Your Monitor Resolution:
I have one 4k tv, and planning to buy a 1440p but not now. i also have acer 1080p 120hz

Thank you so much for the answer, yeah I forgot the mobo I just edited and put what I saw in the build, also the memory ram that I put there is on sale here, is that much different what you recommend?, another question and yes this puts me on RTX 3070 if I buy RTX 3080 this build would do? to move it at 4k 60 fps (maybe I lower some settings)? or do you recommend a different build for 3080?

edit: I'm seeing that each part has a shipping fee which is elevating a lot, when I enter new egg Mexico is 1 shipping fee, let me make your list on the site to see if it throws me the same price.

edit2: yes it gave me Subtotal (7 Items): MXN$17,737.92 which is 816.54 USD

Odd, if I use newegg Mexico it has the same shipping costs as PCPartpicker is showing. Probably cuz I'm not in Mexico?

I personally think 1440p high refresh rate is better than 4k/60 for gaming.

It probably doesn't factor in shipping costs accordingly by country. I have noticed that they've added a lot more countries recently, so it could take some time to implement it. I use PC Part Picker all the time but it's not a perfect system.
