New build : On-board graphics not working! Can't access BIOS with GPU either! HELP

I just set up my new build - It's my first time building a computer -- (see parts bellow) and I'm running into some strange issues. Everything powers on fine except I have weak/no display signal when I'm using VGA or HDMI output with my on-board graphics.
If I use my GPU's HDMI output, I get the Gigabyte screen to display where I'm prompted to hit F12 for boot menu, DEL for BIOS ,etc. The other problem is, trying to access the boot menu gets me to a black screen with a cursor (mouse pointer). Trying to access BIOS gets me to a black screen without any cursor.

I came across another forum where some guy mentioned that the BIOS tries to boot with on-board graphics by default, so I'm thinking that's why I'm getting a black screen here. I need to get my integrated graphics to work and I absolutely need access to BIOS! Please help 🙁

-I've tried removing my ram and putting it back in.
-I've tried removing all psu connections to my mobo and putting those back in.
UPDATE:
Removing the graphics card is making the on-board graphics output to the monitor.
HOWEVER, the black screen problem persists wen I try to access the BIOS.

I did a CMOS reset and now it doesn't even POST , it just goes straight to that black screen issue.

When you install your GPU your onboard graphics are not used. You need to plug your monitor cable into you GPU and off you go. You can remove your GPU and your onboard will be active again. Then plug monitor into your motherboard and try to access BIOS. You have done something wrong if you cant access your BIOS with GPU installed correctly. Make sure your are providing power to the GPU after you install it.

I gather you want it to run from the graphics card. You need to tell us what monitor so we can see what ports you should be using from the graphics card and to the monitor. "some shitty 720p monitor with VGA as well as two TV's with HDMI" doesn't exactly nail it down.

The GPU is definitly on, and I managed to boot Windows installation off a USB flash drive with the GPU output. It just goes black when I try to access BIOS or boot menu...
I will try removing it and accessing bios with integrated graphics.
*BTW, was I supposed to setup with integrated graphics before putting in my GPU?

You can install your OS with the GPU installed. I have onboard graphics on 3 builds and have never used it. Please watch this guy build a PC and maybe start over and see if you find your mistake.

Try with just 1 stick of ram ,or a stick each in orange/black slots making it single channel.

I did a CMOS reset by holding a screwdriver against the jumpers for a few seconds... now it skips straight to a black screen with a mouse pointer and then goes full black... great 🙁
