New Build, only 1 memory slot will allow computer to post

Brand new build, all new components. Had the basic setup of CPU, MOBO, RAM (2x16) and PSU. Would not POST.

I took out 1 stick of ram, leaving 1, to test. Nothing. Then I started putting that 1 stick in each slot and going from 1-4. Finally posted with 1 stick in the 4th slot. Very annoying.

Computer ONLY POST with 1 stick of ram in the 4th slot.

Specs:
- Gigabyte Z370 Aorus Gamining WiFi MOBO
- G.Skills 32gb (2x16) Ripjaw Ram
- Intel i7 8700k cpu
- EVGA 1080i FTW3 graphics
- Samsung 970 Pro 512 m.2 storage
- EVGA supernova 850 G3 80 plus Gold PSU
- Corsair H60 cooler

try reseating your cpu. take it out of socket and re-install. don't over tighten your cooler

yes, clean memory slots with an air blower

or it could be a motherboard defect get rma'd
