Question New build, only ROG logo lights on.

I need help guys
So, this is my second build. I bought my new parts and tried to breadboard with the bare minimum, only one stick of RAM and my CPU. The Asus ROG logo turns on, but the CPU fan or the other components won't turn on. I know my PSU works (voltage tested), both the 24 pin connector and the 4x4 are plugged in. No GPU, Hard drives, etc.
Is my new mobo dead?

I have an Asus Strix B450 F Gaming and AMD 2700x. RAM is 3200 mhz Corsair Vengeance. PSU cooler master V750

Tried with gpu and one stick of RAM, still nothing. Only the ROG eye lights on, no leds or fans spinning.

check for bend pin? test with another psu?
