Wow, it's been awhile since I've been on here. Looking back, I knew so little....
Anyways, I'm building a new system and I need some opinions/revisions by some others. I'm on an extremely strict budget, and trying to save as much as possible. I currently already have a 1TB HDD and a case (Cooler Master HAF 912). Here's my current plan.

Motherboard: MSI 970 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130790

Processor: FX 8320 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113285

GPU: GTX 960 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487093

RAM: 8GB Crucial Ballistix http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148540

PSU: EVGA 600B http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438014

Heatsink: *USING ONE THAT COMES WITH CPU AS TO SAVE MONEY, I DON'T PLAN ON OCING

So what do you guys think? I think it's pretty decent for someone trying to save money.

Actually, after I posted that, I found an FX 8350 & 8GB RAM bundle on EBay, but I'm not sure how much I trust EBay. Anyways, I don't really have a set budget, just basically as low as possible while keeping decent speed for gaming. Right now, that's hovering around 550ish. I play heavier games like GTA V and Arma 3.

The only problem is that Arma 3 doesnt like amd cpus much (I know this from experience) and prefer intels much faster cores. Having said that, with some settings tweaks you should be able to make it work.

With Ebay i tend to look at the sellers ratings to see if they are reliable but i understand your doubt.

Ah, I probably should've specified that I don't plan on playing everything on Ultra. Also, I know about the Intel and Arma thing, but the Intel CPU around the speed of an FX8350 is a lot more expensive.

The seller has 100% Positive Feedback, but the concern is that the seller doesn't accept returns.
