Yes. here is what Nvidia shows for a GTX 960 card:

Graphics Card Power 120 watts
Minimum Recommended 400 watts

A power supply functions most efficiently at between 40% and 65% load. So I listed 520 watt to 620 watt power supplies to try to keep you in that range when gaming.
We do not recommend the Corsair CX, CXM or VS series of power supplies for any gaming system. Far too many of those units are dying after as little as 6 months use. Most of those appear to have capacitors that were low quality.

I would suggest getting a Seasonic unit. They make some of the best power supplies on the planet, and are the only brand I buy for my own systems. Here are a few of the units that will be more than enough power for what you have listed above.

SeaSonic M12II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply $59.99 Promo ends Sept 9

SeaSonic S12II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Non-Modular ATX Power Supply $57.99

SeaSonic S12II 620W 80+ Bronze Certified Non-Modular ATX Power Supply $68.99

I would recommend you to OC your CPU to get the Maximum benefit of it but if you do plan on doing that you would have to change the mobo and get an aftermarket cooler.

The GTX 960 is a good GPU for gaming at 1080p, you can push ~45-55FPS on most recent games with ultra settings with the exception of a few like Unity that are badly optimized, you can always turn down the settings a notch or two if you want 60FPS. As for whether it's a good deal or not I don't really know because I don't live in Greece, the 2G version is retailing here in US for $200 while the 4G sits at $240. I will always go with EVGA though because their warranty and customer service are one of the best in the industry.

Btw I just noticed that you plan to play WoW and tbh the FX Series are really bad with big raids. The stuttering is like trying to play GTA on a old laptop. I would look into Intel if you're a serious player and raid a lot.
