I haven't decided on a cooler and planning on getting Win7 as a new OS.

That PSU is overkill, all you need to crossfire 5770s is 600w.
Where is your HDD? If you get getting one get a spinpoint f3.

I think the list is fine except for the RAM. There is no law saying you have to buy your PSU for only the present build.

Spend a few bucks more though, and get faster RAM.

As to the drive, either is fine really. They trade benchmarks.

The difference in price between 650 and 750 is just a couple bucks so I'd rather have more than less in that regard.

The HDD prices are also just a couple bucks and with the samsung I get '360' gb more as well. I've only had one WD fail on me ever so I'm satisifed with their reliability.

I'll swap in the other memory.
