Hello all,

Would appreciate if a second set of eyes could just give these parts the once over for compatibility before I go ahead and order. This month it's a strict $1,000 budget and I can't go over that right now. Next month, I'll be adding more RAM to bring it up to 32GB, 5 or 6 more case fans, another SSD and the NZXT Kraken Z73 cooler. Has anyone else had issues fitting this in the Lian Li Dynamic Mini Snow case? Seems like quite a massive unit.

Bonus, if anyone has the same CPU & GPU, how are you finding gaming performance in titles such as CP2077? I've seen the benchmarks and it's enough for me within this budget but would be good to hear personal experiences. Thanks! 😊

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
Cooler: NZXT T120 RGB White
Mobo: ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4 (B550 AM4 ATX)
RAM: Corsair DDR4 PC4-25600 2 x 8GB (16GB)
GPU: Geforce RTX 4060 8GB
Storage: 1TB WD SSD
Case: Lian-Li O11 DYNAMIC MINI SNOW EDITION (ATX Glass Snow White)
PSU: Lian-Li SP850 GOLD WT (850W) SFX

Without context on how much each part costs, this exercise is somewhat moot, apart from a compatibility check. Perhaps you could squeeze more out of the build if we knew of your location and you're preferred site for purchase as not all regions will have the same parts/brand availability.

That being said, you're fine if all those parts are going to be purchased brand new. If you're recycling the PSU from an older build, what did it power prior and how old is the unit.

Hey, thanks for the feedback. I suppose I was just looking for a compatibility check, so no worries there. And yes, I'll be buying all brand new.

If you're just looking for a compatibility check, yes you have a B550 board, Ryzen 5000 cpu and DDR4 ram....these all work together. The board is ATX size and your case can take a full ATX and a good length graphics card, the PSU is more than enough. All looks good.

Suggestion for a similar white build:

Case: https://www.newegg.com/White-Jonsbo-D41-Series-ATX-Mid-Tower/p/2AM-006A-000C0?cm_sp=SH-_-1579005-_-8-_-2-_-9SIAY3SJRU5770-_-JONSBO+D31-_-d31|jonsbo-_-3&Item=9SIAY3SJRU5770

With the B660, you can later on upgrade to i7 14700.

I dont really see the value in Z73. the D41 screen gives you a similar option
