New build PC fans start spining and LED flashes for 0.5 sec

New Build,When i press power button fans spin for 0.5 seconds ,LED flashes ,motherboard light flashes but pc wont do nothing else.I'm trying to connect to a monitor via a hdmi cable and i don't have a keyboard connected .i just wannit to test and find out if the pc will turn on ,wich it doesn't.

Halt on keybd error is a common setting in the bios. Attach a keybd and try again.
