I already have a power supply (650W) and SSD to go into the computer as well.

1) Cryorig H7 would be a better cooler.
2) Barracudas are not as reliable as and fail more frequently than WD Caviar Blue 1TB drives.

What kind of power supply do you currently have and how old is it? If it's a quality unit you can definitely reuse it, but if it's a junker it would definitely need to be replaced before too long.

That build looks pretty solid - you can pay a bit more money and upgrade to Sky Lake if you have a flexible budget:
