new build PC no signal error

Hello,
first of all sorry for my bad english.
I recently build a new pc, but when ever i try to boot it, it gives me a no signaal error. I tried many things already checking the ram, looking if the CPU did his job, lift screws checkt everything wel connected. But it stille doesn't work


CPU: ryzen 5 1400
Ram: Ballistix 4 GB DDR4-2666
MB: B350m Pro-vdh
Psu: VS650 crosair
Stock cooler for the ryzen 5 1400


And also my MB doesn't make any sounds i don't know why it doesn't but i alsof don't notice a speaker on it zo yea.
I really hope someo'e can help me thanks

You have to use a video card the R5 1400 does not have built in graphics so the plugs on the motherboard will not work.

Really? So when the video card is installed it should work? Beginner mistake i guess. Thanks for the help!

It should work with a video card and the monitor hooked up to the video card.
