[SOLVED] New Build Pc wont boot

Basically, pc will not start at all. Ive gone through the massive check list from this website and have no idea. Ive tried jumping the pc, switched between 2 power supplys. Switched out memory. Also put another cpu in. I tried a different cpu fan still no spin. Tried jumping it with a screw driver. No warning LEDs just the RGB lighting is working and standby light is on. I have no idea. Ive tried multiple check list of building a pc this is my 2nd build. All connectors from power supply are pushed firmly in. Tried it with the gpu in and out of of it.

Motherboard: B150 PRO GAMING ASUS
CPU: I5-9600K
Ram: 16gb DDR4 corsair vengance
Storage: 500GB SSD M.2 WD BLUE
PSU: 650W CORSAIR VS650
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB ASUS

Cheers mate, getting a new motherboard that supports 9th gen now 👏 sadly wont be deliverd untill tuesday but atleast it should work after that.
