Weird problem, PC wont post once I install the GPU. It's not a power supply issue. I'm using a EVGA Supernova 1000w PS, with 1 980ti. Everything runs great until I insert the GPU, and plugin the PSU cables. I stuck another PSU in the case, and the same thing happened. I have also tried another GPU, and the same thing happened. I'm not running in Secure Mode either. Here are my specs:

M.2 850 Pro 500gb
16 gig ram
MSI Sea Hawk 980ti
System runs great, without a GPU.
I keep swapping parts in and out, just comes down to pluggin in the GPU.
