New build PC won't start

Hello,
Just recieved my new PC components today which i will list.
Just finished plugging everything in and double checking all the cables etc. to make sure they are in the correct place but still getting no power. The motherboard and gpu lights are on but no power at all.
Components:
NZXT Phantom 530 Case
ASUS Strix Z720E Motherboard
Geforce GTX 1070 GPU
Corsair CX850M PSU
Samsung Evo 500gb SSD
Toshiba 2TB HDD
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 8GB RAM
NZXT Kraken X61 Watercooler
Intel i5-7600K LGA1151 CPU

Please can anyone help me! Just wanna get this thing working and have spent hours trying to figure out why!

Yeah been over it just to double check everything,

Just disconnected everything and just had the mobo powered along with a case fan and the fan isnt powering at all. Does it sound like it could be the mobo?

See if a fan connected to it does spin.

Does motherbaord have CPU and RAM in it, wont boot without either of those.

Does the PSU kick on?

Just tried what the video said and nothing from both the fan connected or the PSU fan.

Yeah has both CPU and RAM installed, the PSU doesnt seem to start no. Fan doesnt kick in or anything so starting to think it may be that?

Still no luck with the PSU after trying a few different things. Have sent an email to the seller and hopefully will be able to get a replacement PSU as that seems to be the problem i believe.

Indeed, it looks like a power supply issue.

Just contacted ebuyer and they have agreed to swap out the PSU.
