Hey guys, im planning on building a new pc early next year, I have all the parts planned out, and just wanted to know if anyone had a similar system and could tell me what sort of performance to expect, and also if there is anything you would change, or if ive missed something. Thanks :D

System Specs:
Gigabyte GA-Z170MX Gaming-5
I7 6700k (will be overclocked)
Corsair h110i v2
XFX RX480 GTR Black Edition (overclocked and crossfired)
16Gb DDR4 Corsair Dom Plats
128Gb m.2 ssd (boot)
240gb ssd (games)
1tb hdd (everything else)
EVGA G2 650w

iiyama pro-lite 34" 3440x1440 144hz

I know that a majority of people will say to get a gtx 1080 instead of rx480 xfire, but the reference rx480 xfired came very close to the reference gtx 1080 and the xfx cards are alot faster than the reference, plus it works out about £200 cheaper.

I dont expect to play AAA games at 3440x1440 maxed out at 144fps+ its more for easier to run games, like modded minecraft, cs:go, WoW, and other less demanding games. However i do play GTA V, Shadow of mordor, Fallout 4 (heavily modded) and i really wanto play battlefield 1 and the new gears of war.

So what do you guys think i should expect performance wise from this setup? Would you change anything about?

Thanks Guys

You don't need Dominator Pla,they are a rip off, but apart from that it'll eat AAA games for breakfast :) Make sure you get a good value SSD as some are way overpriced, especially Samsung. Also a 128GB SSD isn't the greatest idea as the performance suffers with a drive that size.

Hey buddy, thanks for the quick reply. I was considering just getting 2x8gb corsair vengeance (corsair seems to have a monopoly on ram haha) But seeing as this will be the last pc i build in atleast 5 years, i wanted price to be no issue (to a point haha). And the 240gb ssd i already have, its a sandisk plus, and the 128gb m.2 ssd is a sandisk z400s, and speed isnt TOO important, as its only a boot drives, and any differences in speeds will be hardly noticible :)
