Photo editing PC, some video. Finally have almost all my parts. Really only need a GPU, so any recommendations welcome. Guess I'm leaning towards someone's 560 or 560 ti version right now.
My last build was in 2007, Asus p5wdh deluxe. E6600. Still going strong. My wife inherits it now.
Some of these parts (power supply, RAM, HD drives) were bought back in Feb. when I thought I would do a P67 build before the fiasco with all the P67 boards, so I held off for Z68. Hope they work because I can't return that stuff now!
Here it is:
mobo: ASRock Z68 PROFESSIONAL GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard. Gigabye, a few Asus boards, now looking forward to this Asrock board. Love the FDD.

Like the "warm swappable" SATA drive bays. Not true hot swap, but apparently just hitting sleep mode is enough to swap. I have HDD on shelves, so good feature for me. Last build was mid-tower. Much more room in this beast.
Awesome monitor for color management I use now will be moving over to the new build: NEC Display Solutions P221W-BK-SV Black 22" 1680 x 1050. Didn't buy from the egg, got better deal elsewhere but here's the egg link:

Looking forward to using the onboard video while I search for deal on GPU. GPU recommendations welcome. I've just been reading reviews and watching for deals.
There it is. Looking forward to putting it all together soon.
