i would suggest a better SSD.

have a look at the WD SN770/850 or Crucial P5 plus or Kingston KC3000 or samsung 980 pro series or Solidigm P44 Pro or SK Hynix Pla
Thanks for the suggestion but I have much worse SSD than ADATA on another computer (around 2000 MB read/write) and i'm okay with its performance. I have all parts at home but case. I need to know if I will be able to install all components in Genesis IRID 505 ARGB V2 before i order it.

I'm going to ask one more question. I know the only place I can mount the AIO is on front. If I had another case that allowed me to mount on top or front. What options would be better?

I'
I already nitpicked on the SSD.

one other thing is maybe going for 850w psu. better to have a good psu to support your gpu upgrades.
I will consider a better PSU. The SSDs you have recommmended to me are slower than ADATA I have. I have another question because I haven't ordered a case yet and I'm interested in this one because I could mount a AIO cooler on top.
Should one of these cases "ASUS TUF Gaming GT501 Black" or "be quiet! Silent Base 802" be suitable for all my components? Thanks. If not can you or someone else recommend to me another case that will let me mount AIO on top and be alright with rest of setup?

EDIT: Added another case I took into consideration. I'm leaning more towards bequiet!

If you front mount the rad, the trade of is that the GPU will have comparatively hot air for cooling.

The 1070 id not a power hungry card, so might get away with front mounting the AIO.

For bigger cards, i would definitely advise to mount the rad in the top as exhaust.

The AIO you have chosen is a 360mm AIO, it is sufficient to cool the 13700k even with the hot air coming from the gpu.
And if you have a comparatively big case with 3 front fans as intake, that would give a mix of fresh air and exhaust air from the GPU.

For gaming, the 13700k would rarely pull more than 150W if it is running stock. I would generally prioritise the GPU more with a 360mm AIO as an exhaust.
