I wanted to buy a gaming pc but i decided to wait few more weeks so i can spend a bit more. My budget will be between 600-1000 pounds. Im desperate to have gtx 770 or 780. What builds would you suggest? I also need a wireless card, gaming keyboard and mouse, windows 7 and i would like to go for amd fx 8320 or 8350. I will be using my pc for gaming and multimedia. Im not planning to do any overclocking. What would you suggest?

-Went for a locked Intel processor because you won't be overclocking and it is stronger than any stock speed AMD processor.
-R9-290 is stronger than a GTX 770 and on-par with the 780, while being cheaper than the 780.
-Add whatever keyboard and mouse you want.

Solution
After a bit of reading i think im going to go for a gtx. Gtx is performance and quality and amd is performance but worse quality. Actually after checking few benchmarks gtx is a bit better. So im gonna stay with my first choice. It looks like its the same as with buying a car. You have all those french cars like renault or citroen which are cheap made but still try to be compared with mercs or bmw.

How is AMD worse quality? I know that AMD consumes more power and runs hotter, but it's not really a big problem considering they still perform on par with the 780. Personally, I would go with the R9-290 because it's a lot cheaper, performs about the same, and supports Mantle which can be a game changer in games that support it. Nonetheless, the GTX 780 is still a great card if you want something from NVIDIA.

There is info that nvidia will support mantle as well, but im not gonna say im 100% certain. Those cards are really close when it comes to performance and gtx is extra 50-60pounds. I think it is just a matter of opinion. What do you think about the CPU? Is it actually better than amd fx 8320, 8350? Im really interested in those because of their 8 core system.

For gaming the 8350 and i5 come close, but i5 tends to perform better for the most part.

That's good only if you want to overclock. Since you said you don't wish to overclock, you don't need an unlocked processor, a Z87 chipset motherboard, nor a high end heatsink.
I would try to upgrade the case to a Define R4 or at least the Corsair 300R. Even the 300R is a good upgrade over the 200R.
For the psu, I would recommend the XFX unit because the Corsair CX units aren't that great.

For a good gaming keyboard, that depends if you want a mechanical keyboard or not. Mechanical keyboards are higher quality and last longer than those cheap rubber dome keyboards and feel a lot nicer (to most people at least) but they are more expensive. If you do want a mechanical keyboard, it depends on what switches you want. The most common are Cherry MX Blues, Browns, and Reds. You should do more research on the different switches and maybe even go to a local computer store (Frys, Microcenter, Best Buy, etc.) and see if they have any mechanical keyboards to test out.
For the most, I like the Steelseries Sensei Raw, Razer Deathadder, or Logitech G500s.

I'd go for the GTX 770 or the R9 290 as a graphics card.

The Razer Deathadder is great and Cherry MXs are great mechanical keyboards but honestly it wouldn't make a difference in gaming IMO as you can still perform well on a normal keyboard.

the thing is, i live in the middle of nowhere and i dont really have any pc shops. only pcworld 30miles away but its a rubbish one and they have got maybe 2 gaming keyboards. I would like to get a mechanical keyboard. i will do some research, because im not desperate for one at the moment as ive got some rubbish ones at home which will do fine at the beginning

what do you think about that one?

maybe you are right about the keyboard but surely handy mouse with extra buttons and good dpi could be a good solutions for shooter games i play, mostly online ( arma 2 dayz, arma standalone ) Possibly with that kind of machine i would go for other new shooters such as cod and bf, but mostly im going to play arma.

Your new build won't work because it uses an AM3+ socket motherboard and a socket LGA 1150 processor. They are not compatible with each other.
Here, go for this: PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

It uses an i5-4440, which is cheaper and performs just as well as the i5-4670.
The motherboard is compatible with the processor and it's an H87 chipset which is meant for no overclocking, which is why it's cheaper.
You can drop the cpu cooler as the i5-4440 comes with a stock cpu cooler. It may get noisy so in the future you can upgrade it or if you can tolerate it then just keep the stock cooler.

Although you can play just as well with a regular rubber dome keyboard, Cherry MX keyboards feel better and last longer. Of course, if you don't wish to spend the extra money, then just stick with your standard keyboard that you already own. However, if you do want a higher end keyboard, then a mechanical keyboard is the way to go.

would this pc manage new games on 1920 resolutions at highest settings? how long would it last me without upgrading it? ( more or less) Because im looking for a pc which will last me at least 2-3 years without scratching my head.
