FS2020 11FPS
WarZone 24FPS

Windows 10
RTX 3090
i9 10900KF
64GB RAM
ROG Strix Z490 E
M.2 x 2
Samsung G9 Monitor

Either your leaving out information or have things listed wrong their no way the PC will even function as listed.

Hyper 212 on i9 cpu? No! Get a better cpu cooler.
2 ram kits mixed together CL15 and CL16 - this can cause issues. Have only CL15 kit and see, how that performs.

Install chipset drivers,
install graphics drivers.

Was about to post the same, userbenchmark can't find your GPU.

As SkyNetRising wrote, remove the cl16 kit, leave only the CL15 kit, make sure is installed in dual channel and also to enable XMP on the BIOS.

Still getting abut 11fps on FS2020. But at least we have had some progress
So did you install chipset drivers or not?

This one:
Intel(R) Chipset Software Installation Utility V10.1.18634.8254 for Windows 10 64-bit.(WHQL)

After that reinstall Geforce drivers with clean install option.
