Question New Build - Powers on but nothing works

Hi all!
I have a new build I've been having some trouble with.

Build:
CPU: AMD - Ryzen 3 1200 3.1 GHz Quad-Core Processor)
Motherboard: Gigabyte - GA-AB350M-DS3H Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: GeIL - EVO SPEAR 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR4-2400 Memory)
Storage: Lexar - NS100 480 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive)
Video Card: MSI - GeForce GT 710 2 GB Video Card
Case: DIYPC - P48-W ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair - CXM (2015) 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

Everything powers on but I cannot get a signal to my monitor and my usb ports don't seem to be working. My keyboard lights up for a second before turning off again.

If anyone has some insight as to what I need to do I'd really appreciate it.
