Motherboard: B85H3-M9
CPU: i7 4770K
RAM: KHX1600C10D3B1K2/16G

Fired it up with just MB, CPU and ram and same result stays powered on 3-5 seconds and shuts off and then fires back up.
Pull the RAM out and it fires up and stays running but still no video. ( no beeps or anything either)
Powersupply was just used to troubleshoot a bad powersupply in another system so I know the powersupply is likely good. I dont think both sticks of RAM are bad and so I'm leaning toward motherboard. Motherboard is new but has been sitting in a box in the closet for a few years. Any ideas?
