New build powers on, no display / BIOS / anything

Hi,

I just built a new machine- it powers on, but doesn't display anything. I'm using the HDMI connector on my first card. Unplugging SLI bridge didn't do anything.

These are my specs:

Coolermaster Hyper 212+ CPU Fan

Corsair Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC

(2x) Galaxy GeForce GTX 560 Ti

Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68

Intel Core i7-2600K Processor 3.4GHz 8 MB Cache Socket LGA1155

GAMMA Classic Series ATX Mid Tower Interior Steel Chassis (Black)

CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

Western Digital 1.0 TB HDD

Please help! Not sure how to proceed, or even diagnose my problem.

So, I just pulled both cards and plugged my HDMI straight into my motherboard, and now I see the BIOS.

I also added each card separately, same behaviour. Machine turns on, cards obviously have power (fans on them spin, LEDs light up), but NO BIOS. Neither the motherboard nor the cards output video when a graphics card is plugged in.

Arg, please help!

Sorry for the triple post, still hoping to get answers.

So, it seems to work through the DVI port on my video card. Both cards seem to be functional, individually and together.

Anyone have any idea why the HDMI port on either video card wouldn't be functional?

No not really unless it is a setting in your display settings!

Suggest you download the latest bios for your MB. The current installed bios could hate the GTX 560 Ti. (You may have one of the first Intel Z68 based boards depending on when it was built..., sometimes they rush these things out.)

Suggest you make sure your memory settings are manually entered if you use low voltage memory. The default settings can cause system stability issues. (I don't know CORSAIR Vengeance memory SPD settings)

do you have another video card to try?

do you have another power supply to try?

When you get it working, can I have it? Great looking system.
