Question New build problems

Hello recently build a new pc and all I'm getting is the motherboards rgb cycling through colors nothing else is getting power I've checked all connections but getting nothing
Asus rog strix z390-e gaming
Evga 850x gold psu
intel i9 9900k
corsair 16gb 3200
Nvidia 2070 rtx
Cooler Master hyper 212 cpu cooler
1tb Samsung ssd
2tb Western digital hard drive
