Question New build problems :(

Just put together a new build and installed windows but experiencing freezes through the install, then freezes upon desktop when downloading software and updates.

System is:

Corsair RM850x purchased a new replacement today thinking the psu was at fault.

GeForce RMX2070Msi

Airbus z390 pro WiFi mobo
Intel i7 9700k cpu
32GB DDR4 2x16GB Ram 2666Mhz
Using a sandisk ultra 2 as secondary SSD
Kingston 480GB for OS
Running windows 10 pro 64bit
Gamemax full ATX case
Corsair hydro H115 pro liquid cooler
3 additional 120mm RGB case fans

I have reseated the RAm with no luck

Could anyone advise please I’ve been trying to work this out for the past 7 hours

Yep, checked both on their own still no luck

Although risky, I'd try updating the board's BIOS, if newer version available.

Just tried a clean boot and installing the the motherboard software so I can get the Ethernet adapter working and it’s frozen up on me again.

Currently on bios F8 looking at the gigabyte website, F9 was released March 2019 and states compatibility for future 9th gen processors..... I’ll give the bios a go.
