new build but I'm having problems where discord crashes every few minutes/instantly and battlenet constantly refreshing itself to where it's not displaying anything on battlenet itself. Also sometimes when searching for a program at the start menu items show up and disappear as I'm typing it, I'm not sure if its related. I've gone through 3 motherboards 2 being MSI Z790s and Asus so that can't be it I also tried connecting most of the new components to my previous setup and it works just fine. I have the most up to date drivers and this is on Windows 10. Any help would be appreciated as I've reinstalled windows 10/11 probably 6 times at this point.

ASUS TUF Gaming Z790-Plus WiFi LGA 1700
I5 13600K
G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR4 3600
SAPPHIRE PULSE Radeon RX 7900 XT 20GB
ENERMAX Revolution D.F. 2 850W Full Modular Power Supply - ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 Compliant

I've tried the PSU, memory, and GPU with my old 8600k setup and it works just fine. Could it really be the 13600K? I've tried games and haven't really had any issues but starfield crashing 2 minutes into the game but I'm not sure if its just the game or if its my setup

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You should recreate the bootable USB installer for Windows 10/11 and then reinstall the OS in offline mode. Manually install all drivers relevant to your platform in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator, then run the update for the OS.

BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time?

Thanks!

bios version is 0809 x64

I have tried multiple times in both online and offline when installing windows 10 but the issues persist. Before even downloading all of the drivers discord/battlenet are having issues
