New build questions - (psu / future proof / inconsistency check / bottleneck / resale of old parts / ram upgrade)

Another Summer another upgrade!! (and I'm single so like... no spending money on any girls but my mama)

I'm SUPER excited for this overhaul upgrade, initially I just wanted to upgrade my cpu but then, ya know.... now the only thing I'm keeping now is my case and RAM and some of the older storage.
Anyway...

This is my build so far: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Enander/saved/#view=9M2tJx

All my questions are briefly mentioned in the description:
- I know that my psu isn't great. I want to be able to future proof my pc by having potential to run SLI in the future, if I so desire. Projected wattage so far is 484 and I imagine that's at full load. After some research, it seems like any psu gold and above rated is good enough for my build, but I am unsure about how much wattage I'll need to future proof it for potential SLI. I also plan on overclocking to 4.8 ghz I imagine, so maybe that's a factor that isn't taken into consideration on pcpartpicker.

- I am just curious as to where my pc might bottleneck / what your opinions are on what the weakest parts of the system might be.

-Now that I am revamping my system, I have a ton of good pc parts, how should I go about with selling them?

-I only have 16 gb of ram but its pretty high quality ram, right? Do I need more? If I get another 16gb, does it have to be the same type?

Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated! Thanks for taking the time to help!

Don't have to choose THAT specific PSU, but it is high quality.

Could also go with:

Corsair RMX 750W
Seasonic Focus Plus 750W

Or

Seasonic Prime 750W.... Gold, Platinum, or Titanium (Considered to be the best PSU on the market) for the high end.

I wouldn't even consider anything but the above recommendations for that system.

- For a gtx1080ti sli along with an overlocked i7 8700k, I wouldn't go below 650w. Your PSU is fine in wattage, but I suggest a corsair RM750 instead.
- I don't think anything existing on the market would be bottlenecked by an i7 8700k. Allow me to say that there are no noticeable bottlenecks.
- Why sell the rest of your parts? You will have a hard time finding something better in the market!
- 16GB and particularly this type should last for a coouple more years, 32gb is expensive, yet not overkill for your setup.

Waste of money, if you are going to use that junk PSU. Change it to an Evga 750w G2/G3. It isn't much more, and your system will thank you. 1080p with a 1080ti graphics card? That card should be paired with at least a 1440p monitor. You can get a board with wifi, for less. Games really don't take advantage of the speed of the 970 pro, which I am assuming what this build is geared for. The 970evo is more than enough for this, and even that is overkill.

So you don't feel like I would bottleneck with wattage on a 750 if I ended up upgrading to SLI?

I also meant that I am reselling my old parts, I was AMD ryzen 1700 and my 1070 and a bunch of older hardware that ill be taking out. So where is the best place to sell those?

Why that particular psu?

Why that particular psu? Why exactly would my system thank me? Do you have any ideas for where I can go to sell all my old parts?

High quality, great price, and you don't have to worry about components dying prematurely due to a low quality power supply, or out right killing them when it dies. The CX750m is simply not that great of a PSU, whether it be the 1st gen or 2nd gen version of it. The 10yr warranty, on the 750 G3, is nice too.
