New Build Randomly Freezes

Good afternoon. I recently completed a "budget" build and am having a small issue. Whenever I am running any game, the computer completely freezes anywhere from 5 - 30 seconds then resumes the game like nothing ever happened. Doesn't matter if I run on low or ultra quality graphics. Here is the PC part picker of my build ( https://pcpartpicker.com/list/47wK3b ). Brand new SSD and I have triple checked every driver, even installed older GPU drivers to try those and still the same results. Any ideas?

the issue is the cpu and mb. the mb you have is not made for the voltage load of that cpu. the mb vrm cant keep good power to the cpu and it locking up. the 8000 cpu need good 900 chipset mb.

Thank you for the quick reply. What I did was take out a ram stick one at time and test Mass Effect Andromeda running only the one. One of my sticks freezes while the other doesn't. The voltage may cause issues later, but for now it seems to just be a simple ram issue.
