Question New build reboot after 3/4 minutes

Hi, I've a problem with my new build:

Every time that windows installer at the boot reach the part of copy files of windows ( in many cases it stuck at the loading) the pc reboot and begin another time windows isntaller.

I have a Asus b450-m Prime;
Ryzen 3600x
Amd rx 550
Psu 550W corsair
Ram Vengeance lpx ddr4 3200 mhz , two stuck of 8 Gb, but I plug in only one.
Noctua cooler.

I don't know the problem, Amazon told me to cantact asus.
Asus told me to contact amazon for the warranty.
Amazon give me a new motherboard but nothing, same problem.

The ram are in the QVL list.

The problem isn't in the bios, where i can use it for hours, but when I boot a S.O, like Ubuntu or Windows, the system begin in loop.

I tried a memtest86 but it stuck at 67%.
Then I have to force the shutdown.

If someone had my same problem, I will thanks him for a fix of the problem.

Sorry for my bad english and thanks for give me the possibility to write in this beautiful forum.

Ps: I had try the next version of the bios but nothing.

No, it isn't.
I tried the latest version of bios in the first mobo, but not in this one.
I will try it tomorrow.

I tried the memtest 86 Free this morming.
It takes about 32 minutes, then the pc shut and reboot.
It passed 2/4 of the test with zero error before the reboot.
The bios is the latest.

what the cpu/gpu temp?
make and model of that psu?

I don't know the temp of the gpu, but the cpu in the bios work at 1.408/1.412 V and a temperature of 49 or 51 C°
