Hello!
I recently build a new rig and have having some issues. Been using it for a week before it started having an issue where it would reboot when it would try to load windows (2 seconds after bios screen or so), I originally thought it was my windows installation, but have tried it with multiple copies of windows, and also trying it with no drives plugged in just trying to book the installation flash drive and it does the same thing.
I've gone through most options I can think of but was hoping someone maybe had some different ides on how to fix this issue.
Things I've done to troubleshoot:
Hoping someone has fixed this before or someone has any idea what I can do. From what I can think of the only thing I haven't tried tinkering with/replacing is the processor but I'm hoping maybe someone here had any other suggestions before going through that process.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor
MB: Asus PRIME X570-P ATX AM4 Motherboard
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL15 Memory x2 (32GB Total)
New SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
GFX Card: EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB KO GAMING Video Card
PSU: Corsair RMx White Series RM850x 850W

- Used 1 RAM stick plugging it into different slots, then using another RAM stick and doing the same thing.
- Tried a different video card
- Replaced Power Supply
- Replaced Motherboard
- Updated BIOS Firmware
- Removed all peripherals
- Cleared CMOS
