Build Advice New build recommendations?

Hi,

I'm putting together a high end build for when AMD releases their new CPU/GPU. Feedback would be much appreciated.

Some notes about what I'm looking for:

-Trying to make sure I'm not missing any of the latest technology.
-Interested in raw performance over RGB lighting.
-Primarily for Apex Legends and WFH.
-Might toy with overclocking, but not a priority.
-Budget $3750 max before tax.
-Already own KB, Mouse, SSD, PSU.
-Have a retail copy of Windows 10 Pro purchased from my Microsoft account, but not sure if It will transfer from my current machine or if I'll need to repurchase.

Here's what I've picked out so far:

Overall it is a nice build. I made a couple changes to be able to fit and extra 2TB SSD into the build.

If you were to change a few more things around, like going with a 6800XT instead, you might be able to afford a 3840x1600 monitor instead.
