I need some help putting together a list of components for a small form factor PC. I haven't built one from scratch and want to make sure I dont waste the users time.

Approximate Purchase Date: e.g.: next week (the closer the better)

Does anyone have personal use experience with an intel NUC? The user wants to have seamless 4k video streaming and playback from the device. I think a NUC might be a good option for him.

I think we are going with most of Sadam04's suggestions because there may be a need for upgrades in the future. The user would have to buy a new NUC in the future if he needed a beefier system.
