Question New build restarts a couple minutes after login

This is a brand new build. I turn on the computer, log in, and after two or three minutes, it restarts. This happens after every login. Any help would be appreciated.

Case: Corsair Air 540
Motherboard: Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (Wi-Fi)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-L9a-AM4 33.84 CFM
Video Card: EVGA Geforce RTX 2060 SUPER 8 GB SC ULTRA GAMING
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-2400

what if you stay at the login screen? or stay in bios?

It crashed at login, and it just took longer at bios.

However, I should add that since I posted the question, there has been a development. I tried switching out my power supply with that of a friend's, only to realize his was incompatable. After putting mine back in, the computer wouldn't boot at all. When I pressed the power button, the fans would turn for half a second, then stop. We tried the jumper test on the power supply and it failed, so I'm going to return it and have it replaced.
