[SOLVED] New build restarts after 2-3 hours of use

Hello everyone,

So this is a build I've made for a friend. At first glance everything should be alright but she's telling me that the computer restarts every 2-3 hours. First the screen goes black, sound still works for 2-3 seconds after which the computer restarts. No error, just a black screen.

Could it be because the newer AM4 processor (newer 1600 on Pinnacle Ridge, not the old Summit Ridge 1600) is somehow not compatible with this motherboard?

update the bios.
get a better quality psu than the VS series

what does the eventviewer log say happens during these shutdowns/restarts?
