At that budget I'd buy a bigger monitor , or maybe a bigger 3D monitor , and a second 570

also an aftermarket cpu cooler

Why an aftermarket cpu cooler? Will the stock one not be adequate?

Aftermarket coolers are generally bigger , with more surface area and larger fans . They lower the processor temperature and usually make less noise .

When you start overclocking you will need one

Many people are using the coolermaster Hyper 212 with sandybridge processors and getting good results .

Stock Paste is so...so...
If you plan on doing over-clocking, as you do get some good thermal paste.
Arctic Silver 5 is the goto product and scores incredibly high-remarks, I use it on all my builds, and the gain is noticeable, 1/2 a grain of uncooked rice is all you should apply to a large CPU.
