Morning all just finished the below build, right now just have the included Lian Li fans (two front one rear); I'm mainly going to use the CPU for photo and light video editing (4k home videos). No gaming. I'm moving and wanted to get it as set up as possible and wanted to know if you all think I need additional fans for the case based on the below setup or if I should be good. I have room to add top and bottom if needed.

You should be fine, 2 fans in the front and one the rear should be more than enough to circulate enough air through your system so you don't have to worry about the temps. Although u should monitor the temps every once in a while, and see if anything is out of order.
The Lian Li O11 Air Mini has a lot of airflow options, so if things take the turn for the worse, u can always add more fans, although i think that wont be necessary, especially if you use it for light video editing as you said.
