"New Build" - Should I install both SSDs prior to installing Win10?

I have a Samsung EVO 500gig and 1TB SSD which I've plugged into my new computer. I haven't installed Win10 yet, should I leave them plugged in or just the 500gig so that I can install the OS? During the initial installation of Win10, will it allow for me to choose which drive I would like to make drive "C" or will the installation process help me recognize and choose which drive to install the OS onto?

It doesn't matter. You can choose which SSD to be installed on it while Win10 installation
