New build showing b7 system initializing Q- error 67

I have built a server for my personal use. Unfortunately i can't run it. System details:


CPU : Intel Xeon OEM version E5 2673V4 CPU SR2KE 20-cores

RAM : Samsung Memory M386A4G40DM0-CPB 32GB DDR4 2133 LRDIMM 1.2V Bare

MOBO: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/Z10PED16_WS/specifications/

PSU : 550W


My problem is its showing 67 Q- error Code. I tried swapping ram slots. Using A1 slot as well. Used only one ram. Tried updating BIOS latest version with USB FlashBack, Tried CMOS Jumper. No good. Any help will be very much appreciated.

Yes I have updated to the latest bios:

Still no change. b7 error, It seems the CPU is not there. Does it means only listed CPU will work?

Intel Xeon E5-2699 V4 Is more powerful, mine is .1 GHz Faster does it matters?

Either a defective CPU, or not supported, I'd say.

No need to change bios chip?
I don't have any bent pins.
Mobo has warranty. [ Unfortunately i am abroad so hard for me to ship back ]

I still have the ability to dispute for the CPU.

Confused which hardware is damaged. What to replace? Any more suggestions?

Contacted Asus they suggested the same thing. My CPU is not officially tested by ASUS so they assume anything can get wrong with miss matching.
