New Build Shut down and won't boot again after windows installation

Hello everyone, this community has helped a lot of people so I hope it can help me too.

I just build a new pc. Everyting was fine. I posted, installed windows started installing some drivers and between the drivers installation (between not during a driver installation meaning as when the setup was taking place) the system just turned off. No blue screen nothing, just turned off.

I went ahead and pressed the power button and cpu,gpu and all the LED's started working as normal except the case fans, they would not spin at all + i was not getting any signal either from the gpu or the mobo graphics. So I hold the power button until the system shut down.

And that's it, it hasn't booted up since then. When I (ON) the psu i get the mobo rgbs working but nothing else.

1) PSU is fine i tested it with jumper.

2) i took off the gpu so that's not it.

3) tried different ram slots.

4) tried to clean cmos, did not help.

I guess either mobo or cpu is dead.
Anyone has any idea???

try breadboarding as well.

Update for everyone that might face same/similar problems in the future. It was the motherboard. It was faulty.
I will return it and buy a new one.
