Just upgraded my PC today but the issue is booting up.

Specs: Ryzen 5. 1500 CPU
Mobo: Prime B350 Plus
8 GB DDR4 RAM
GPU: GTX 1070
OS: Windows 7

My issue is that I get to the Windows login and my mouse\keyboard stop working. I have Legacy Support on. I don't know what it could be. If anyone knows let me know. I also tried safe mode, still no dice. I just installed all this today. My keyboard and mouse work flawlessly in BIOS.

So I reverted back to my old build. Which is where I am posting this from now. The issue I think stems from the lack of Drivers as mentioned in the post above. I'm gonna upgrade to Windows 10 and see what happens, then convert over to my Ryzen Build. My main problem was the fact that my USB Ports "died" so to speak when Windows 7 started up at the login screen. In the BIOS I could use my mouse and keyboard flawlessly. Which meant my USB's weren't messed up. It has something to do with compatibility with Windows 7 and Ryzen. It seems Microshit blocked Ryzen builds from getting updates under the Windows 7 OS. Meaning I have to upgrades to Windows 10. (Unfortunately.) in order to get proper drivers for my Mouse and Keyboard. That's my theory anyway. Thoughts?

Like said in that artikel could you test with different usb slots since not all are controllled by the cpu.

The option for a fresh install of W10 is the best though and as said do that in the new system.
