[SOLVED] New build stuck at asus logo ( can’t get into bios)

Hi guys
Just bought an used RX 580 4gb as i had already all the other parts like 1 year ago
I built everything in a new case and was testing the system.. once i switch it on .. it stucks at the Asus rog logo ( asus motherboard) and when i try to hit delete or f2 to go to BIOS nothing happens !! Gpu problem ??
note that i already had those system working in my old pc i also changed the ram to cruical 4gb ddr 2400mhz to see if it’s a ram problem but nothing .. same issue
Mobo: asus rog b550f gaming
Cpu: ryzen 5600x ( also new part)
Gpu: RX 580
Ram: corsair vengeance rgb pro 3600mhz 2x8gb
Psu: corsair hx850
Storage: m.2 1 tb

any help will be appreciated

Update: after several times of trying i removed the motherboard battery like 3 minutes then put it again.. trying and i was able to get into bios .. everything seems normal .. cpu rams temps .. when i restarted the pc and trying to go back to bios .. it stucks again and same screen

Try to swap with another gpu and if it doesnt stuck on the logo then the problem would be the gpu

I’ll try todat with my friend.. juts forgot to mention that i noticed that the DRAM and the BOOT lights are on when i start the pc and they don’t turn off
