I would suggest going down to a 270 or 270x for the GPU and getting a GA-970A-UD3P motherboard and Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler. You'll be able to OC the CPU quite nicely and have a decent platform for an 8 core later on if you like.
