Cheaper.
Much better ram kit. 2133/cl9
Highest quality PSU for less money. XFX tier 1 unit, instead of poor quality Corsair CX600, tier 3 unit.
PSU tier list : http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
Better GPU. r9 280 over r7 370.
You can boost it even more - to FX 8320 + decent 120gb ssd , for 700$.

This is pretty good, will run majority of games on high 1080p.

Here you go, better CPU, better GPU, better quality PSU

If you can afford it, Amazon has killer deal on 120gb Samsung EVO for $57 right now, if you can afford to add that - BUY IT RIGHT NOW.

EDITED: Original build had PSU that is now out of stock due to good sale.
Revised with XFX PSU:

A: he needs a case i'm pretty sure.

B: i'm pretty sure thats over his budget without the SSD, I realised by looking back at his original and saw that mine was a bit over budget to so heres what I would recommend for less.

Thats odd actually, I was about to scold it too :D but I went onto the actual website and if you click on the product it says $70(though on the amazon link it ended up over $80)

The PSU was on sale on Newegg for $50 but they either pulled the sale or was now out of stock.

I revised the build.

Case was not include because the one he listed in his build did not have price so I assumed he was either getting it special from somewhere or already had it.

ADDED:
Build came in within a dollar of the same cost before rebates of OP's build.
