Question New build, system does not boot. Red light on VGA remain on.

Just finished a build with a Tomahawk motherboard, Ryzen 5200x, and palate jet-stream RTX 2070 and it does not boot up and Noticed red light on VGA led remain on. The fans on the GPU seems to be working fine, as well as the CPU's. Any help find where the problem might be before I return anything back.

Did you connect the PCI-e cables to the GPU ? Do you have the latest BIOS version installed ?

Yes I have connected the PCI-e cables, even changed them still the same results.

Do you have the latest BIOS version installed ? Clear and reset all the CMOS/BIOS settings to default, and then re-test the GPU. Does the onbaord graphics work ?
